Actual Cellulite Reduction
Ever since woman became body conscious enough (anthropologist are yet to pinpoint the exact date) to notice the dimple like appearance on their once beautiful legs , they have been trying every concoction & remedy imaginable short of sticking a large needle in their leg & trying to suck it out (oh yeah, they do do that.) The biggest mistake made to date by those looking for this elusive treatment is they all seem to go for the one fix solution. The problem with this approach is that cellulite is a compounded series of changes brought on by the natural aging process of the body, it is not one thing goes badly wrong and you get cellulite. It is literally half a dozen things going wrong over the course of many years until the appearance of cellulite is finally noticed. In some ways you might say it is like osteoporosis. You can have it for 10 years before you know you've got it.
Hi, my name is Lloyd Shaw & I am a mortician by trade. I also run a company called VIBRA-TRAIN that specialises in vibration training, a new & fast way to keep fit & healthy. My original research into vibration training was brought on by my concern for the rising morbid obesity rate in Auckland, but once understanding the basics, I turned my eye to other matters not quite so serious like cellulite. Looking at the last 40 years of research surrounding vibration training I realised a correctly built machine could play a major roll in the health, beauty & weight loss market. My first major clue that this was a major breakthrough, especially for woman was the hormonal responses recorded during vibration training trials. So far no one had seemed to bother to sit down & actually work out the reasons why woman really get cellulite. I spoke to a number of beauty therapists & they all gave me the same unison response - bad diet, lack of exercise, poor circulation. Now I'm sorry to say but that sounded far too simplistic for any problem the human body could have. In all my years of being a mortician, one thing I do know for sure is that nothing to do with the condition of the human body is even slightly simple. In fact quite the opposite is true, but the more we understand about exactly how conditions life threatening or otherwise are formed the better equipped we are to attempt to help ourselves. That's were I come in. I sat down & decided I was going to do my best to put my knowledge of the human body to the test & try to get to the bottom (no pun intended) of the one thing I have no risk of getting myself, but I figured if I cracked this problem I might get my picture next to a nice ass in the dictionary. I could not imagine a better thing to be remembered for in history. To get down to the nitty gritty of what I theorised. Cellulite starts a lot younger than any of you could probably imagine, somewhere between 10 & 14 years of age, that's right girls. Just at the age when you started to notice boys, nature starts doing its best to scare them off. I don't care what people say, God is funny or cruel, you take your choice. This is the series of unfortunate events in their chronological order.
- Very early teens your body prepares itself for pregnancy
- Massive hormonal changes including a rise in oestrogen & dip in testosterone
- Lymphatic system slows down
- Dietary changes combined with less exercise (chasing boys or extended shoe shopping trips doesn't count)
- High heals on shoes
OK, now to explain why any of these things are significant to the development of cellulite. As your body prepares itself for pregnancy your oestrogen levels rise which causes a response in the fat cells of the skin that few people seem to know. There are two types of oestrogen "static" & "free-flowing". Static oestrogen is stored in the fat cells and free-flowing is found in the blood. It is the static oestrogen that causes all the problems. When oestrogen enters the fat cells it irritates the cell (kinda like my last girlfriend) & can suck up to ten times it normal size in fluid (also like my last girlfriend). This causes your so called fat days that come once a month. It is actually localised oedema. This in turn adds internal pressure to the skin, restricts lymphatic drainage & blood flow. At the same time the dip in testosterone is directly related to the thinning of the skin & the wider spacing of the connecting tissue under the skin. This allows any abnormal texture under the skin to show through very easily. When any fluid in the body remains static for a period of time, it will coagulate, this also applies to lymphatic fluid. Once this fluid becomes thick it will also cause internal pressure & restrict further circulation to that area. Exercise is one of the ways to get things moving again but it seems to be right around that age we learn how to relax. This combined with eating just as much as we need when we use to run around fills up the fat cells with more than just water. And if you couldn't make things worse for yourself, you start wearing heals which sets up another problem altogether. This is how this one goes. You use your heal of your foot as a "breaking mechanism" during walking & running, simply put, when you want to stop you put your heal down this activates your hamstring & your lower glute (your bottom bottom) but when you wear heals you cant put your heal down so you apply all your pressure to your toes, this means that the back of your leg area receives very little stimulation which further decreases the circulation in that area of the body. Ok, so to recap, you have screwy hormones, poor diet, lack of exercise & bad choice of footwear all coming together over a period of time like some nightmarish jigsaw puzzle to give you the uneven skin surface we call cellulite. But its not all doom and gloom, if you tackle these issues like a simple equation & deliberately try to minus as much as you can you will get results. That's the good thing about the human body it is not a magical fairy land place where inexplicable things happen. It is in fact a finite system where if you get the facts straight you can actually work with it to give you what you want. Ok, that's where VIBRA-TRAIN comes in. In as fast as a 15 minute session, we endeavour to get rid of every single reason why your body may want to have cellulite.
- Firstly, intensive exercise (approx 30,000 separate muscular movements) in the form of vibration training causes the hormones to naturally balance themselves out.
- The same intensive exercise forces lymphatic fluid & increase blood circulation to the skin allowing not only excess fluid to be carried away from the cells but also blood to get properly to the skin for new growth.
- Deep tissue massage during the program allows any fluid that has coagulated under the skin to be broken up & carried back into the system.
- Burns more calories than you could during a 1 ½ hr workout at the gym, to give you the best chance of emptying those fat cells.
Sounds all too good to be true I know but I did my homework. This system gives you the best chance of getting rid of your cellulite in a safe manner while doing your health a world of good at the same time. But be warned these sessions may be fast but they are hard & it is not uncommon for even the nicest ladies to come down with a severe case of turrets syndrome (uncontrolled swearing & hitting my trainers) but I promise you it is well worth it. Our machines are the best quality (no plastic to be seen), and a new model called a Cellu-Vibe is being released around Christmas. There are no appointments necessary at any of our studios & the price for the full anti-cellulite workout is only $15. We do not require memberships & are open 7 days.
